Just wanted to drop you a quick note praising Terry for a lot of work and good nature she has put in for us, even though it was for a relatively small sale that has gone through more twists and turns (and in some cases, more nausea) than most roller coasters.

What I first thought would be a pretty straightforward list purchase turned out to be a very difficult list to find - difficult enough that no other list vendor I spoke to really even tried. Although Terry also didn't have the info initially, she kept at it and found the information hiding in various dark corners, in some cases in the possession of list vendors with very poor policies or response time.

Despite push-back from my bosses and various other unexpected twists, Terry found a few alternatives for us and was always pleasant and cheerful to work with.

Unfortunately, the target salesguy departed recently, so our list purchase is on hold, but Terry's effort is greatly appreciated and deserves a mention. We'll be back in touch when we need a list.
