Mailing lists have been around the longest
of all list venues and are the ones you are likely most familiar
with. One of the challenges in today’s mailing list industry
is Data Accuracy due to the huge volume of people and
businesses moving.
There are almost 50,000 lists available to our SuperLists Representatives such as business and consumer phone lists, email lists, Opt-in email lists, and DOUBLE opt-in email lists.
There are also Business mailing lists, Consumer mailing lists, and a large assortment of specialty lists.
Our mailing lists are constantly being updated with these changes
as well as being compared to the latest “DO NOT MAIL”
requests. This practice results in a very high accuracy
level; however, there will always be a certain percentage
of contacts who have not yet completed their update process and, as a result,
“ those mail-outs do get returned. However, we have found that this is only
a small percentage of the overall list.
Mailing lists are typically sent to you electronically in an Excel
format for easy use or import into mailing label formats.
A Successful Mail-Out Campaign needs to deliver a great mailer
to the targeted audience. A good list will get your Creative
into the hands of your chosen market. The quality of your
Creative converts those contacts into Sales.
Mailing lists allow you the flexibility of purchasing a relatively
small list from a large target audience. This allows you
to send out your mailing, refine your Creative based on these initial
results, re-test by re-sending your Creative to another portion of
the target audience, and expand your campaign as you perfect your
marketing strategies. This process is facilitated by our ability to
ensure subsequent list purchases do not contain duplicates from earlier
lists, when the subsequent lists are purchased within a reasonably
close time-period.
